Maps, destinations, regional differences...you become a walking-talking encyclopaedia! In other words, a tourism professional.

Through the course you explore the different levels and complexities of Hotel Management, right from hospitality and front desk to the nuts and bolts of running a hotel. It's fascinating and very very exhaustive. You learn cheeses and wines and even get to distinguish between a Dubarry consomme and the Breton consomme! You understand the very fine nuances of room service. You learn how to make people feel special. You get exposed to hotel economics. You begin to appreciate the role of marketing.
   Cargo Courier & Logistics Management
By the early 21st century, it is likely that commercial borders will effectively supplant national borders. Global sourcing will predominate as advanced telecommunications and transportation technologies allow a wide geographic dispersion of component manufacturing sites and places of final assembly, predicted on raw material availability, labour costs and skill and markets. Products will be increasingly designed and customized to be sold throughout the world with global markets rapidly evolving, as new products are introduced and existing products improved at an accelerating pace. Cost and quality will be necessary, but no longer sufficient determinants of a manufacturer’s success. Learn about issues such as security / anti-terrorist policies, traffic rights and customs procedures, about customer satisfaction, tariff structures, booking and tracking and inter-professional communication, open sky and bi-lateral agreements...
   Insurance Agents' Training Courses
Two important developments have taken place with the enactment of IRDA act of 1999 and amendments to the Insurance Act 1938. Firstly, the Insurance sector has been opened up to private players and secondly, the Insurance Agents recruited by the Insurance Companies have to be licensed now.

The IRDA has issued the IRDA (Licensing of Insurance Agents) Regulations 2000, for regulating the licensing & conduct of Agents. Under regulation 6 of the said Regulations, a person desirous to act as an agent is required to obtain a licence to act so, which is to be issued by the Authority, only if the said person passes the pre-recruitment examination either in Life or in General Insurance.

Trade Wings Institute of management (TIM) has now been authorised by IRDA to conduct Insurance Courses both in Life & General Insurance. The courseware in Life as well as General Insurance covers the entire IRDA syllabus and makes learning more interesting. Faculties of TIM are well experienced and are from the Insurance Industry.
